Make A Real Change In Someone’s Life

One cold November evening in 2015, two friends delivered 14 cups of hot soup to the homeless along Deansgate. That was the start of our journey. Feed Manchester was born.

Feed Manchester is a non-profit group of volunteers who go out on the streets of Manchester City Centre every Friday night, come rain or shine, to deliver hot food, hot drinks, sandwich packs, clothing and emergency essentials to individuals experiencing homelessness in Manchester.

Feed Manchester is run collectively by our volunteers, all of whom want to make a difference in their community. Our aim is to help people less fortunate than ourselves by raising awareness, taking action to reduce poverty and improving quality of life.

The number of people sleeping rough in Manchester is an ongoing human tragedy. Feed Manchester provides support to these individuals who are struggling to survive on the streets of Manchester. Good nutrition, hydration and a friendly chat are essential to support the wellbeing of our friends on the streets.

Feed Manchester relies on donations from the general public and the generosity of the local business community, as well as from our volunteers. We are always looking for sponsorship and donations to keep us going! All funds raised go directly to those living on the streets of Manchester.

Any donations, no matter how big or small, will help us to carry on providing food and support to those who urgently need it.
